Our activities bring together people with different backgrounds, experiences and life stories. By meeting each other, sharing stories and building connections, a community emerges where everyone can be themselves. For newcomers and status holders that offers not only recognition and connection, but also a warm welcome within the LGBTQI+ community.
A network can grow from a single meal
Wel zo Roze organises meetups where people get to know each other in a low-threshold way. Think of shared meals, sports activities, conversations, cultural gatherings, Pride-related activities and small-scale community events.
These activities are not an end in themselves. They're a starting point. A place where someone can speak freely again for the first time. Where generations find each other. Where newcomers get to know the city. Where seniors share their stories. Where volunteers discover how valuable closeness can be.
